I am a 3rd year Ph.D. candidate from Dr. Guramrit Singh’s lab. My research focus is the study of post-transcriptional gene regulation by the exon junction complex and the mechanistic insights of nonsense-mediated mRNA decay, a critical pathway that recognizes and degrades aberrant mRNAs.
